For GA eligibility India and all 10 foreign countries. 10 point write-up justifying Green Status is a MUST. Each point not exceeding two sentences. Drawing should show green Features in distinct colour. Mention, shall be made about number of occupants of the building & use of building.

We display 3’ width x 6’ height size one panel per entry to Jury members containing drawings, photographs & project description as per example shown on Page 8 of Code of Participation (COP-Page No 11 & 12).

We shall print 3' x 6' hard copy on fabric for display ourselves.
Pl do not send prints. Only send soft copies as under :

Option 1 : Can send soft copy of documents arranged and ready as Complete display panel shown as per example mentioned code of participation (COP-Page No 11 and 12).

Option 2 : We shall assemble them as display panel as per Example mentioned in code of participation (COP-Page No 11 and 12) at our end on your behalf, to bring it to option 1 Level.

WE ENCOURAGE ALL THE PARTCIPANTS TO SUBMIT THEIR PANELS TO SHOW THEIR CREATIVITY WHICH INCREASES THEIR CHANCES OF SELECTION
Soft copy shall be as print PDF, high quality JPEG or TIFF version with minimum 300 dpi resolution for the size.

a. I have designed and supervised the execution of the project as an individual / as head of the team which has worked on the project.

b. Entry project confirms to building bye-laws and development rules applicable to the site concerned where the project has been constructed.

c. The project being submitted does not infringe copyright from published/unpublished proprietary data base/s.

d. No action is initiated/pending in the office of the building plan sanctioning and completion certifying authorities.

e. Project is completed during calendar year 2023/2024 except revolving category in past 5 years.

f. All above given information is true to the best of my knowledge.
